Overview

At Murray Stockfeeds we are seeking a multi-talented individual to join our team as a Loader driver/Truck driver/Pellet Mill worker.

We are a family owned business, making pelletised stockfeed for local and interstate customers.

This is a casual role with the opportunity to go full time for the right person.

The mill is growing fast and requires an enthusiastic machinery operator to perform varied duties. Duties performed will include, but not limited to, batching of raw ingredients, loading finished product into bulk transport and bulk bags, pickup of raw product with a truck and dog tipper and flat top semi trailer, delivery of finished pellets/product with truck and dog tipper and flat top semi trailer.

This casual position is based in Browns Plains, VIC, which is 10 minutes from Rutherglen and 20 minutes from Wodonga.

Responsibilities

Operating an articulated loader, telehandler, truck and dog bulk tipper and flat top semi trailer and various other equipment in and out of the mill.

Must be able to work in a dusty environment.

Assisting with other duties as required to support the operations of the business.

Flexible work hours are available.

$30-$35 per hour depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded.

Minimum 6 months experience with heavy machinery and equipment operation is required

Valid driver's licence essential and HC or MC licence highly regarded.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
