Overview

Fountain Tire Cochrane (208 River Ave) is looking for responsible, safe, and dedicated associates to join our team as Automotive or Commercial Tire Technician

What each day will bring:

  • Something different You never know what kind of vehicle or tire you may be required to work on or what customers will need help
  • You could be inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing truck, farm, industrial, and/or OTR tires OR you could be greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, service, and tire sales
  • Amazing customers to impress with your professional and friendly customer service
  • The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe on the job
  • Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road

What kind of person are we looking for?

  • We are looking for someone who is an expert in the commercial tire field with at least 1 year of commercial tire experience for the commercial positions
  • Previous professional experience with automotive tires would be preferred for the automotive tire technician position; however, we may train motivated individuals with good attitudes
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver's Abstract
  • This work can be unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy, etc., and we need someone who will be up for the challenge
  • We need someone who can be on call after hours
  • Must be able to lift 100 pounds if required
