I'm currently working with a Tier 2 leading commercial construction company that is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their Brisbane team in a roving role across multiple high-profile sites.

With a reputation as an industry pioneer in large-scale industrialised construction, this organisation delivers complex commercial builds across Australia. Known for a collaborative culture and a forward-thinking approach, they are shaping the future of construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support site safety compliance
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of WHS systems and procedures
  • Provide coaching and training to project teams and subcontractors
  • Report to the WHS Manager and collaborate with site managers and supervisors

About You
  • Cert IV in WHS (minimum), Diploma preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar HSE role within commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of QLD WHS legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel between project sites across Brisbane
