You'll work closely with internal teams to track performance, support effective governance, and embed sustainability outcomes aligned with enterprise-wide targets.

As our Climate & Energy Advisor, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of sustainable infrastructure. It's meaningful, challenging, and exciting work.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to internal and external disclosures, including ESG reporting and assurance processes

  • Maintain and improve data systems and controls for emissions tracking

  • Assist in implementing renewable energy procurement strategies and manage LGC/REC governance

  • Monitor energy usage and provide insights to support reporting and performance improvement

  • Support delivery of the Climate Transition Action Plan (CTAP) across design, construction, operations and procurement

  • Engage suppliers on climate risk and GHG management via CDP and other platforms

  • Collaborate with project and asset teams to embed sustainability requirements

  • Prepare communications, presentations and case studies to highlight sustainability achievements

  • Provide training and support to employees and contractors involved in decarbonisation activities

  • Contribute to broader sustainability reporting, benchmarking and certification processes

  • Support workplace health, safety and environmental compliance in line with HSE policies

What we're looking for
  • Experience in infrastructure or project environments

  • Demonstrated experience in GHG accounting and reporting within a large, complex organisation

  • Interest or experience in renewable energy procurement and energy efficiency

  • Familiarity with low-carbon building materials and infrastructure sustainability

  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in Excel, Tableau or Power BI

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and foster continuous improvement in sustainability governance

  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks such as TCFD, ISSB, ASRS, GHG Protocol, SBTi, NGER, ISC ratings

Benefits
  • A range of flexible working and leave options, including the option to purchase an additional six weeks of leave each year

  • 16 weeks paid parental leave (regardless of gender or carer status), with no waiting period, and Superannuation paid during unpaid leave

  • Learning and development opportunities to support your career interests

  • Health and wellbeing support—access to Headspace and our EAP program, wellness facilities, and more

  • Share offers and insurance benefits

  • Social activities, community give-back programs and paid volunteer days

We offer a range of flexible working and leave options, so you can balance your work and life commitments and interests. Have a conversation with us about how this could work for you.

We treat everyone with fairness, consideration and respect, regardless of gender, gender identity, marital or family status, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, religious beliefs, cultural or socio-economic background, perspective, and experience – whether they work for us or not. We want to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe to express ideas, questions and concerns.
