Role location: Balcatta, WA. Employment type: Permanent Full-time.

Responsibilities
  • Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment, including Never Walk Past.
  • Assist in managing the sales and operation activities of the store.
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Assist in contributing to achieving store revenue and margin budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with retail ready standards and behaviours including housekeeping, merchandising and presentation.
  • Assist with warehouse duties; forklift licence is essential.

Work pattern: Monday 6:30am – 4:00pm, Saturday 7:00am – 12:00pm on a rotating roster. Saturdays are paid at overtime rates.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Permanent Full-time role based in Balcatta, WA.
  • forklift licence is essential to assist with warehouse duties.
  • Strong focus on safety, customer service, and store presentation.
