The Boys are one of the fastest-growing entertainment brands on YouTube, known for outrageous challenges, viral stunts, and next-level content that keeps millions of fans engaged. We push the boundaries of online entertainment and are looking for a social media mastermind to help amplify our presence across all platforms.

The Role

We're on the hunt for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes internet culture. You'll be responsible for curating, creating, and managing social media content that drives engagement, fuels audience growth, and keeps The Boys at the forefront of online entertainment. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to tap into trends, craft viral moments, and interact with fans in a way that builds hype and loyalty.

This is a full-time, Sydney-based role with the opportunity to work closely with our creators and production team.

What You'll Do

  1. Manage and grow YepTheBoys' social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
  2. Create high-energy, shareable content—from memes to behind-the-scenes clips and interactive posts that resonate with our audience.
  3. Stay ahead of trends—jump on viral moments, internet challenges, and platform updates to keep our content fresh.
  4. Engage with our community—respond to comments, DMs, and fan interactions to boost engagement.
  5. Capture and edit real-time content at video shoots, events, and brand activations.
  6. Collaborate on brand partnerships—help execute campaigns with sponsors, ensuring they feel natural and entertaining to our audience.
  7. Track performance—analyze social insights and optimize content strategy based on what's working.
  8. Support content monetization efforts, including organic and paid social strategies.

What We're Looking For

  1. 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (entertainment or creator space preferred).
  2. A deep understanding of meme culture, internet trends, and social-first content—you instinctively know what will pop off.
  3. Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
  4. Experience creating short-form video content optimized for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
  5. Ability to write snappy, on-brand captions that drive engagement.
  6. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite).
  7. A proactive, creative mindset—you're constantly thinking of the next viral idea.
  8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment where no two days are the same.
  9. Bonus: Experience working with influencers or YouTube creators.
