What you'll do

  • Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets
  • Handle ongoing communication and maintain highly effective professional relationships with local clients
  • Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
  • Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team
  • Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting

About you

  • Bachelor to Masters' level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering)
  • Typically 6+ years' industry experience on building projects in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors
  • Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete
  • Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery
  • The ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects
