About You

You're someone who truly cares—empathetic, resilient, and deeply committed to making a difference. You hold a Master's in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology and you're registered with ASORC or AHPRA.

The Role

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will encompass the delivery and exemplification of excellent client-centric services. You will support your team members to deliver a high quality service, whilst ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements whilst managing a case load of around 15/20.

  • Support the Assistant Area Manager in fostering a culture of respect, growth, and resilience
  • Coach team members to align with company values and performance expectations
  • Empower the team to collaborate, share ideas, and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide compassionate care and conduct meaningful assessments to guide clients through career transitions
  • Design tailored Return to Work plans that promote recovery and reintegration
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders—health professionals, employers, and insurers—to co-create impactful solutions
  • Visit workplaces to identify challenges and advocate for safer, more inclusive environments
