9:00am-5:00pm Mon to Fri; some flexibility may be required

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Packing & Shipping Assistant to support our operations in preparing and dispatching gift orders. This role ensures our high-quality gifts are beautifully presented and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack a variety of gift items according to company standards.
• Label and prepare packages for shipping to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily shipping targets.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all health, safety, and quality guidelines.

Requirements:

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Previous experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
