Overview

Disability Support Worker role at Advantage Healthcare Support. URGENTLY HIRING

Must be flexible from Monday to Saturday. Availability between 8am to 12pm and 4pm to 8pm. 3-4 times per week.

Responsibilities
  • Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
  • Develop connections with the community and help clients achieve their goals.
  • Assist in daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and community outings.
  • Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
  • Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
  • Experienced in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills.
  • Fluent English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to work with participants who require physical and social support.
  • Full Australian driver's license, own car, and comprehensive car insurance.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
