About The Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our Bonds Outlet Canberra Store team.
This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.
- Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team meet budgets and KPIs.
- Plan for succession within your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity.
- Execute Visual Merchandising in-store with discretion to make commercial decisions.
- Understand Stock Management processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Coach team members and provide on-the-spot feedback.
- Analyze reports to make commercial decisions that drive business performance.
