Overview

Ward Assistant (Hospital Assistant Grade 2) - 8 East at NSW Health, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. This is a Temporary Full Time role up to 12 months. Remuneration: $1,104.17 per week + Annual leave loading + Superannuation. Location: Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Requisition ID: REQ603804.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to Nurses, Midwives and other staff in clinical units to ensure overall functioning of the service. This is a support role with duties that encompass tidying, cleaning, stocking and errands as required.
Ideal Candidate
  • Has awareness of Infection Control principles and Manual Handling principles.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday.
  • Demonstrated recent experience working in the hospital setting.
