About The Role

Physiotherapist (Level 1-2) Permanent, Full-Time (76 hours per fortnight)

This position is responsible for providing a high-quality physiotherapy service to NBH. The Physiotherapy team at NBH provide a 7-day service to all inpatient areas, these include but are not limited to: aged care, intensive care, orthopaedics, surgical wards, neurosciences and neurosurgery, cardiothoracics, general medicine and the emergency department. This position will include participation in a weekend roster with one weekend shift worked approximately every 4 weeks.

Selection Criteria To Be Addressed In a Cover Letter

Current AHPRA registration as a PhysiotherapistRecent and relevant experience in an acute hospital setting working in a similar role.Demonstrated proficient skills, competency and knowledge in the provision of current physiotherapy practice across a range of inpatient areas.Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workload demands, meet deadlines and complete allocated tasks (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required).Commitment to participation in professional development, quality improvement activities and workplace education.
