Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Security Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive consulting experience and a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Microsoft 365 security suite.

  • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 security solutions including: Microsoft Defender for Office, Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Endpoints, Microsoft Purview (Compliance & Information Protection), Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Conditional Access Policies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance & eDiscovery, Audit, and Records Management.
  • Conduct security assessments and gap analysis for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define security requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support incident response and remediation efforts related to Microsoft 365 security.
Your Profile
  • NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance is mandatory for this role.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting role focused on Microsoft 365 security.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and security features.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Purview, and Entra ID.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with MS Sentinel or other SIEM platforms.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and implementation.
  • Experience integrating M365 security with third-party tools.
