Equipment Service Team (EQS) Overview

The EQS Operations team is a dynamic environment responsible for warehousing, setup, and delivery of CCEP's equipment for our valued customers. This includes inventory management, setup, management of delivery teams, and supply of CCEP's wide range of equipment.

  • Location: Port Douglas, Cairns & Townsville
  • Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
  • On call every third week and weekend
  • Car, iPhone, and iPad provided

The Role

In this role, you will respond to and repair breakdowns of beverage equipment at customer sites. This includes Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensers, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment, and coffee machines.

Consistently demonstrate company Vision and Values and maintain safe behaviours at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Toolbox Talks and safety audits
  • Ensure overdue incidents, hazards, and tasks are closed out in a timely manner; repair equipment and return it to a field-ready condition
  • Ensure equipment is prepared for market and does not require a service call within 30 days; maintain a quality score >80%
  • Complete refurbishment efficiently, using only necessary parts
  • Manage inventory, stocktakes, cycle counts, and outstanding STOs
  • Follow standard work procedures and accurately record time using systems like Kronos
  • Participate in continuous improvement and training programs

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of equipment and services
  • Proficiency in systems like SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft Office
  • Workplace Health & Safety knowledge
  • Electrical or Refrigeration trade qualifications
