  • La Fondation Officielle de la Jeunesse (FOJ) poursuit l'objectif de favoriser le développement psycho-social des enfants, adolescents et jeunes en difficulté, en collaboration avec les parents et les institutions partenaires. Liée par un contrat de prestations avec l'Etat de Genève, la FOJ s'inscrit dans la protection et la défense des intérêts de l'enfant.
  • Au service des familles du canton, elle œuvre à travers quatre champs d'action principaux: l'aide à l'enfance, la préparation à l'autonomie.
  • Pour répondre à sa mission, l'institution gère plus de 40 structures réparties sur le Canton de Genève et dispose de plus de 500 places d'accueil pour des mineurs et jeunes adultes et propose des prestations éducatives ambulatoires à domicile. La FOJ est composée de 500 collaborateurs.
  • Pour mener à bien sa mission, la FOJ recherche un civiliste pour ses foyers.

Responsabilités :

  • Participation aux activités sportives et aux camps (20%).
  • Entretien de divers matériels, taille des arbres, tonte du gazon, nettoyage et balayage des parties extérieures, petites réparations dans la maison, rangement des locaux (40%).
  • Accompagnement du lever, du repas de midi, de trois soirées par semaine, participation aux colloques, aide scolaire, etc. Annotations informatiques des suivis individuels. Transports ponctuels de résidents.

Qualifications :

  • Intérêt pour le milieu social/éducatif auprès d'enfants, adolescents et jeunes adultes.
  • Facilité de contact, sens des responsabilités, flexible, dynamique et avoir le permis de conduire.
  • Avoir une bonne condition physique.
  • Avoir de l'autonomie dans le travail.
  • Intérêt pour le travail manuel, le bricolage et le jardinage.

Le service civil suisse est une alternative destinée aux personnes astreintes au service militaire qui ne peuvent concilier ce service avec leur conscience. Elles accomplissent, sur demande, un service civil de remplacement.
