About The Role

Our client is a high profile retail brand located in Hawthorn East. The Security Receptionist/Concierge manages the front of house of the office space, ensuring safety and security while delivering exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and staff. The successful applicant will work a Monday to Friday day shift roster, 8 hours per day.

Job Location: Hawthorn East

General Role Requirements / Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the reception/concierge service
  • Greet and process visitors/contractors
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees
  • Deal with queries from customers/visitors and employees
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Interact with all levels of management and employees
  • Monitor CCTV system
Skills, Experience and Requirements
  • Hold a current Victorian Security Licence
  • First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 and HLTAID010) and CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with computer software/systems (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Visitor Sign-in system)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Positive attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in working within a team environment and independently
  • Excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills
  • Ability to take initiative
