As a Housekeeping Services Assistant with Resthaven, you will join a friendly, approachable team of positive people as you provide services to the older people in Resthaven's residential aged care homes.

  • Cleaning residents' rooms and common areas of the facility
  • Food preparation and serving of meals and drinks
  • Preparing and maintaining resident dining areas
  • Laundry services

Resthaven is seeking applications in the following areas, and you should be able to work across multiple sites:

  • Aberfoyle Park
  • Bellevue Heights
  • Craigmore
  • Leabrook
  • Marion
  • Malvern
  • Mitcham
  • Paradise
  • Westbourne Park

Essential Criteria

  • The ability to comply with safe work practices and safe food handling practices

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in providing housekeeping/cleaning services in a residential care facility
  • Experience in food handling and preparation services
  • Experience in providing laundry services in a residential care facility
