About The Role

• Provide quality, timely, and effective care that reflects the unique needs of each resident and in accordance with resident care plans

• Participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities

• Qualifications in individual support or related work experience are beneficial

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to employment with RSL LifeCare.
