Overview

Ventia is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to join our telecommunications division, supporting the NBN N2P program. This is a dynamic leadership role responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary trade teams across various construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage field supervisors, construction teams, and subcontractors across multiple sites
  • Ensure compliance with Ventia's HSE Culture Framework and safety protocols
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and construction timelines
  • Conduct site audits, quality checks, and ensure delivery of defect-free work
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients, regulators, and community representatives
About you
  • Proven supervisory experience in telecommunications or heavy engineering projects
  • Trade qualification preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across regional NSW
  • Passionate about safety, quality, and team development
