Whether you're keen on day trips or longer FIFO rotations, this is your chance to see the real Australia while making a difference.

About the Role

We're looking for motivated Occupational Therapists to join our team. You'll fly out of Bankstown Airport in a private aircraft, work with underserved communities, and return home to Sydney each evening. For those seeking more adventure, we also offer longer FIFO placements across Australia, giving you the chance to immerse yourself in rural healthcare and explore diverse landscapes.

Full-Time (4 days a week) – Enjoy a work-life balance with an extra day off.

Part-Time – Choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle (e.g., once a fortnight or a few days per week).

FIFO (Longer Trips Available) – Travel beyond NSW to remote locations for multi-day placements, experiencing regional Australia in a way few get to.

You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team passionate about rural and remote healthcare, with the opportunity to shape your caseload based on your interests.

Minimum 6 months of clinical experience
