About the role

Located in the heart of Bendigo's southern corridor, Estia Health Kangaroo Flat is a warm and welcoming aged care home known for its close-knit community and person-centred care. Surrounded by leafy parks and local amenities, the home offers modern facilities, strong clinical support, and a compassionate team culture.We encourage only local candidates or those with a genuine intention to relocate to apply, as on-site presence and a connection to the local community are essential to the success of this role.

A comfort to our residents and a leader to the team – in this Full Timerole,being a Clinical Care Coordinator is all about how you make people feel. You will:

  • Drive a continuous improvement culture
  • Act as a clinical resource for staff, offering clinical education
  • Focus on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes
  • Care planning in line with new standards
  • Take pride in your clinical documentation management skills

You'll be someone who is empathetic and who's previously worked in an aged care home. You'll also have:

  • A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • Leadership experience in clinical care
  • A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
  • Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ANACC
