WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Design & Train – Develop and train cutting-edge machine learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer-based NLP systems.
  • Deploy & Optimize – Deploy models to edge devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson) and optimize their performance for real-time use in robotics applications.
  • Integrate & Collaborate – Work closely with robotics engineers to integrate AI and machine learning models into robotic systems.
  • Lead ML Workflows – Take charge of end-to-end machine learning processes, ensuring models are robust, efficient, and scalable.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in areas such as:
    • Training large language models or transformer-based NLP models
    • Deploying machine learning models on edge devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson)
    • Integrating ML models with robotics systems
    • Strong skills in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
    • Experience in optimizing models for performance and efficiency in resource-constrained environments
    • Solid understanding of neural networks, attention mechanisms, and transfer learning
    • Familiarity with ROS/ROS2 and integrating AI with robotic platforms
    • Experience with hardware acceleration (e.g., CUDA, TensorRT)
    • Knowledge of reinforcement learning or imitation learning in robotics applications
    • Understanding of robotic motion planning or control systems
    • Experience working in small, collaborative teams
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Willingness to travel and undertake fieldwork
