Overview

The Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team provides ongoing recovery oriented assessment and treatment through case management, aimed at improving the quality of life for people with severe and complex mental health needs requiring intensive intervention in a community setting. This team sits within the community of Orange and facilitates access to a broad range of clinical and non-clinical services to enable people to establish, re-establish or reclaim a hopeful and meaningful life in the community.
