The opportunity- Utilize your sales and relationship skills to source new employment opportunities
- Empower and connect customers to sustainable employment
- Interview and match customers to appropriate jobs based on your experience
- Engage within your community to make a difference and support people through change
- Experience in sales and a passion for business development
- Experience achieving and exceeding targets
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships with a focus on customer care
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic thinking with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Card
- Gender-neutral paid parental leave of 12 weeks
