We're looking for a commercially minded and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer to join a dynamic leadership team in a high-growth, purpose-led business operating at the intersection of mobility, automotive services and energy innovation.

As CFO, you'll play a critical role in shaping business strategy, enabling commercial transformation, and leading a large finance team through a period of rapid change and integration. This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with the Executive Leadership Team to deliver outstanding financial outcomes, enhance operational performance, and future-proof the organisation through smart systems, scalable processes and aligned teams.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Set and lead the organisation's financial and commercial strategy.
  • Deliver robust financial planning, analysis, controls and compliance frameworks.
  • Drive commercial rigour in investment decisions, pricing and margin optimisation.
  • Oversee integration and optimisation of enterprise systems (including D365, Netsuite, Salesforce).
  • Champion financial transformation, scalable structures and high-performance culture.
  • Lead financial due diligence, modelling and integration for M&A activities.
  • Engage with board-level stakeholders on financial performance and strategic risk.

About You:

  • CA/CPA qualified with deep experience in senior finance roles.
  • Proven leadership of large teams in high-growth or post-integration environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, systems knowledge and operational nous.
  • Skilled communicator who can simplify complexity and influence at the highest levels.
  • Exposure to sectors such as automotive, mobility, energy or logistics is advantageous.
