About the opportunity
You will be working in a high performing team, as a Sales Associate.
You will be responsible for:
- Database management, identifying opportunities and setting appointments;
- Prospecting face to face and via telephone;
- Buyer call backs;
- Buyer appointments;
- Liaising with vendor and buyers;
- Relationship management;
- Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email.
- Other duties as requested.
About you
- You will have a proven track record with at least 2 years' experience in a real estate co-agent position;
- You will have a high degree of time management skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
- You will have an eye for detail in your work and also in your presentation and personal standards;
- You will have a high degree of personal accountability, strive to achieve your KPI’s and own your results;
- Experience with Agent Boxwill be held in high regard but is not essential;
- Work with initiative and a high attention to detail;
- Excellent organisation and management skills.
- You must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and manage your time effectively. You will be a part of a collaborative team and should be committed to a long-term career in real estate.
- Experience in real estate sales and with Agent Boxwill be held in high regard. A current QLD real estate registration certificate is essential.
