About the Role

This role provides an excellent opportunity to be a key contributor to the growth and continuing success of the corporate team. Specifically, this role will see you advising Australian and international clients in a range of industry sectors. You will be involved in private and public mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), private capital raisings and IPOs, advising clients on Corporations Act and Listing Rule compliance as well as commercial matters.

You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals who are strongly bonded by their individual industry talents, cohesiveness, inclusiveness, and hard work. Our environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and growing.

About You

We are looking for a solicitor with 3 to 6 years' PQE, who has relevant experience in corporate transactions gained in a leading law firm or a well-respected boutique. Your highly developed communication skills and work ethic will cement your success in addition to the following:

• 3-6 years' PQE with significant time spent in a corporate team
• The ability to lead on due diligence exercises
• Commensurate ECM and public M&A experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to demonstrate a strong grasp of general commercial legal principles
• The ability to manage client relationships with the support and guidance of partners
• The ability to work well autonomously and in a team
• Self-motivation and enthusiasm
• Positive contributions to team culture.
