Job Description

We're seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated Christmas Casuals for our stores in Blacktown and Mt Druitt. Recruitment begins in August, with start dates from September to October, depending on store needs and availability.

As a Christmas Casual, you will help create a high-performance culture, ensuring excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting across various store areas, from customer service to stock management.
  • Providing high-level customer service before, during, and after sales.
  • Supporting merchandising and stock processing.

Availability during the peak period (September/October 2025 to February 2026) is required, with possible work across multiple stores in a designated area.

Qualifications
  • Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, or games.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse groups.
