About the role

Our client is looking for friendly, experienced Personal Support Workers who are motivated and ready to join our team to assist clients with independent living within their own homes. This role ensures clients receive services and support to maintain a safe, independent, and high-quality life.

Essential Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Home & Community) or higher qualification, highly desirable
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Motor vehicle with current registration and full comprehensive insurance for work purposes; quarterly vehicle checks required
  • Copies of licence, registration, and insurance must be provided prior to commencement and upon renewal
  • Smartphone with sufficient credit and data; it is the carer's responsibility to keep it charged and operational during work hours
  • Medication Skill Set (highly desirable)
  • Experience in delivering care outcomes for older people
  • Experience in achieving outcomes and skill development
  • Proficiency in office systems, procedures, documentation, and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders
  • Flexibility to multitask across diverse work types
