ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
  • Full-time or Part-time (minimum 3 days per week) & Permanent
  • Can be based anywhere in Brisbane (hybrid role)
  • Work within a passionate small team of Allied Health Professionals
  • You will have a diverse caseload providing high quality clinical supports in home or community settings such as schools and group homes
  • You will be responsible for providing assessment, intervention, reporting, therapy planning and clinical recommendation within the scope of your clinical discipline.
  • Outstanding training and professional development from a highly experienced Area Manager and OT Team Leader
  • Full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload.
  • Also access to an office location in southern Brisbane if you like to work in an office environment on a weekly or monthly basis (flexible)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • You will have registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA (or be eligible for it)
  • A passion for working with people with a disability and NDIS and/or disability sector experience is preferred but not essential
  • Paediatric and/or adult experience is highly desirable
  • Experience working in a community services setting (desirable)
  • A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home
  • Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
  • IT skills at an intermediate level including computer and mobile, and a willingness to embrace new technology
  • Fun & energetic We are a vibrant & diverse team who really enjoys working together
  • Hold a driver's license and have use of your own vehicle
