Position Overview:
Imagine being part of something extraordinary from the very beginning We're seeking an inspiring and experienced Centre Director to lead our 40 place Childcare Centre. This is your chance to partner with a supportive management team to create a space that truly makes a difference – for children, families, and educators.

What You'll Do:

Take charge of touring and building occupancy within the centre.

Oversee daily operations with a focus on compliance, quality, and care.

Lead and inspire a team of educators, fostering growth and collaboration.

Develop a standout educational program that promotes creativity and holistic development.

Build lasting relationships with families, creating a vibrant, connected community.

Manage the budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information

Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards as well as compliance with relevant Government Regulations.

What You Bring to the Table:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field).

Experience in a leadership role within early education. Preferably experience as a Centre Director, but we are happy to look at talented 2ICs/ACMs looking to take the next step in their career.

Able to work autonomously, and take ownership of the day to day running of the centre

Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR certification.

Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills to empower your team and engage with families.

A passion for creating environments where children and educators thrive.
