TCorp provides best-in-class investment management, financial management, solutions and advice to the New South Wales (NSW) public sector. As NSW's sovereign investment manager, TCorp is responsible for A$119 billion of assets under management and acts as the central borrowing authority of the state, with a balance sheet of A$196 billion. Our Financial Markets division is the centre of Financial Markets expertise for NSW, acting as the State's Central Financing Authority, funding and managing the NSW debt portfolio, providing advice and financial solutions, and enabling local governments to access appropriate debt and investment products.

About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Funding & Investor Relations, the Senior Analyst plays a key role in delivering TCorp's term funding programme and debt investor relations strategy. This role contributes to the management of issuance programs, execution of term funding requirements, and investor relations.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and NSW Government specialists to support the Sustainability Bond Programme and maintain relationships with TCorp's panel banks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of TCorp's funding programme and investor engagement activities
• Contribute to the development of multi-year funding strategies and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate on the evolution of the Sustainability Bond Programme and ESG positioning
• Analyse data to inform funding activities and panel bank performance
• Build and maintain relationships across TCorp, NSW Government agencies, and market participants
• Promote best practice risk management and contribute to process improvements
• Provide thought leadership through idea generation, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
  
  

About You

You are a proactive and analytical professional with a strong understanding of financial markets and sustainable finance. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering impact through funding and investor relations.

You Will Bring

• A degree in a financial discipline and AFMA accreditation
• At least 5 years' experience in a financial institution, asset manager, or corporate treasury
• Strong knowledge of interest rate markets and sustainable finance
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI; Python familiarity is a plus
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
