About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Event Manager to support our Head of Sales and wider team in delivering unforgettable travel and event experiences. This is an exciting, hands-on role that blends event management, administration, client relations, and product development—all in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You'll coordinate luxury travel packages, liaise with premium clients and suppliers, manage global sporting events logistics, and provide VIP customer service. The role may also involve international travel to overseas events, ensuring the flawless execution of our packages.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing high-profile sports and event travel packages
  • Coordinate VIP client experiences, ensuring seamless event-day operations
  • Liaise with international suppliers, venues, and partners
  • Travel internationally to support events, ensuring top-tier service for clients
  • Handle correspondence, reporting, and presentations
  • Manage event documentation, itineraries, and supplier contracts
  • Client and stakeholder management
  • Act as a key point of contact for premium clients, sponsors, and corporate partners
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all client needs are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key event partners and stakeholders

Qualifications

3 years of experience in event management, travel, hospitality, or executive support

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage clients
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Flexibility to travel internationally for major events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, booking systems, and project management tools
