Delivering high-quality homes and facilities at scale, with multiple active sites and more launching, we're seeking an experienced

We have 2 roles at Pimpama - a Site Manager and a Site Supervisor, due to our current team moving to their next site North of Brisbane.

(We will be recruiting labourers and operators soon for that site)

About The Role

As a volume and production builder, we need someone who understands the fast-paced nature of high-volume residential construction. You'll be responsible for running the site, managing the team of Labourers, Plant Operators and Contractors delivering homes on time and to budget, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

You'll be a decision-maker who can spot potential challenges early, provide effective solutions, and keep projects moving smoothly. We're looking for someone with a trade background, strong leadership skills, and a knack for building great relationships. If you enjoy using technology and take pride in seeing empty lots transform into homes that people love, we'd love to hear from you

  1. QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential
  2. Extensive experience in volume/production residential construction
  3. Proven background managing sites efficiently taking into account the Health and Safety of the teams
  4. OH&S detailed understanding, qualifications even better
  5. Drivers Licence
  6. Proactive and action oriented, someone who takes responsibility and delivers the agreed outcomes.
  7. Trade background essential, preferably in carpentry
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make informed decisions quickly
  9. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  10. Someone who leads by example
  11. Highly competent in IT and software, especially Onsite Companion
  12. A professional who values quality, accountability, and teamwork
