About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for assisting with leasing properties, managing tenant inquiries, and ensuring a smooth rental process. You will have the opportunity to work with a high-performing team that values integrity, professionalism, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Tenant Enquiries: Manage tenant enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospective tenant database.
  2. Open Homes & Inspections: Schedule and conduct property inspections, providing excellent customer service and tenant feedback.
  3. Application Processing: Process tenancy applications efficiently and liaise with property managers to facilitate leasing decisions.
  4. Marketing & Promotion: Assist with property marketing, including online listings, social media updates, and signage coordination.
  5. Administration: Prepare leasing documents, update databases, and ensure all leasing processes align with company procedures.
  6. Customer Service: Provide high-quality support to landlords and tenants, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.

What We Are Looking For

  1. A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
  2. A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  3. Strong knowledge of property legislation and leasing procedures.
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  5. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and within a team.
  7. A positive attitude, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.
