A market-leading Civil contractor with a proven track record of delivering complex projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Subdivisions to join their team in the Ipswich to Brisbane region.

As the Project Manager, you will manage project programming, safety coordination, subcontractor management, and oversee technical aspects of the project.

With significant growth, you will work on Urban Development projects, mainly residential subdivisions, with some industrial subdivisions, on projects up to $100m+.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and scheduling construction activities
  • Managing site project teams
  • Quality assurance, cost, and time management
  • Preparing management reports
  • Resolving site issues promptly
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinating resources
  • Recruiting and mentoring teams

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
  • 7-15+ years' experience in civil construction, including bulk earthworks and subdivisions
  • Project management qualifications are advantageous
  • Hands-on understanding of construction
  • Proven leadership and delegation skills
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
