Overview

Pro Motorcycles, a leading retailer of motorcycles and power equipment, is seeking an experienced Parts and Accessories Retail Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Moorooka, Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to showcase their expertise and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers in selecting the right parts and accessories for their motorcycles and power equipment
  • Maintain expert product knowledge to offer tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with product updates and sales strategies
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the motorcycle or power equipment industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products and technical specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the store
