- Seeking to add an Associate to a Senior Counsel level position in the team.

The role involves working on children and property matters, including property settlements (from conservative to high net worth), financial agreements (including companies, trusts, SMSFs, taxation, disclosure, valuation issues), maintenance, child support, parenting disputes, de-facto and same-sex relationships/marriages, and advice on adoption, surrogacy, and LGBTI families.
You will be challenged and supported by a variety of work and a cohesive team environment.
