As an Auto Electrician at LIQUIP SALES QLD PTY LTD', you will be responsible for providing high-quality electrical services and maintenance for a range of specialty automotive vehicles and equipment (fire appliances, Gas & Fuel Vehicles). This is a full-time position based in Pinkenba, QLD 4008.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair and maintain electrical systems in various automotive vehicles and machinery
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues using specialised tools and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
- Keep accurate records of all work completed and parts used
- Adhere to all relevant safety standards and regulations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
You will mainly be required to work on specialised vehicles for the road transport industry:
Service Vehicles.
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in Automotive Electrical or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Auto Electrician, preferably in a similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Commitment to safety and a willingness to learn
