Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote – Makeup & Hair / Wedding Industry)

We are seeking a creative and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply and showcase your skills across various digital platforms, from video creation to social media management, as you help drive our brand's growth in the wedding and beauty industry.

As a leading provider of luxury makeup and hair styling services, we primarily cater to wedding clients. You will play a key role in shaping our online presence, strengthening brand awareness, and engaging clients with compelling digital content.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) to increase engagement and attract new clients.
  2. Plan, produce, and edit engaging marketing videos and reels that showcase our luxury makeup and hair services, client transformations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  3. Create aesthetic, visually stunning graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, promotional flyers, and digital ads.
  4. Assist with creating and updating blog post content, optimising internal links, and staying abreast of SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
  5. Actively participate in weekly marketing meetings, contributing fresh ideas and collaborating on creative projects.
  6. Support internal branding initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and campaign strategies.
  7. Assist with offline marketing efforts, including potential partnerships with influencers and wedding vendors such as wedding venues, wedding planners, bridal dress suppliers, and more.
  8. Collaborate on diverse marketing projects, from seasonal promotions to targeted campaigns for specific beauty services.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends in the beauty industry to keep our brand ahead of competitors.

Requirements

  1. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of video editing and creative projects (Applicants must submit a portfolio.)
  2. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  3. Experience with WordPress websites, including SEO optimisation and content management.
  4. Excellent social media management skills, with knowledge of growth strategies and engagement techniques.
  5. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  6. Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple projects independently.
  7. Passion for beauty, makeup, and hair styling, with a keen understanding of industry trends.
  8. Experience in the beauty industry (makeup, hair styling marketing) is a plus but not required – creativity and adaptability matter most
