The Role:

The Embedded Member of the Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) Change Team located at RAAF Base Amberley in QLD, is responsible for providing specialist Project Management services to support a range of projects for the ACEA Enterprise. The role is tailored to support preparation, development, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and management of all assigned projects within the Change Team.
  2. Ensuring that all project goals are achieved, and all customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  3. Maintaining and improving customer/client satisfaction.
  4. Planning, control and reporting of projects.
  5. Coordination of project deliverables as per requirements.
  6. Providing key communication and stakeholder management for assigned projects.

The Person:

Requires a University Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Management or other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. Ability to meet the requirements of Raytheon Certified PM Ready or Leading at or above the level equivalent to the Project Categorisation Assessment Level for the role. Requires advanced knowledge of program management. Eligible to obtain and maintain a NV1 Defence Security Clearance. Eligibility can be found at Defence Security Clearance Eligibility.
