The Role

We currently have a casual position available for a Storage Consultant based in North and East Geelong. Storage Consultants support the daily management of the store, working closely with the management team to achieve excellent store results and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role involves customer sales, service, administrative support, and facility maintenance, with opportunities for professional growth in each area.

Working Hours

Casual, 12 hours per week

Store Hours

Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: 9am - 2pm
Some flexibility required

What You Will Need
  • Willingness to learn new skills related to sales and customer service (training provided)
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or with support
  • Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks
  • Passion for customer service excellence and a positive work ethic
  • Team player with a hands-on approach
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Physically fit
  • Driver's license
