Join SELFCO as a Settlements Officer, handling settlement processes and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding credit policy for settlement requirements.
  • Monitoring inbound settlement requests for timely action.
  • Checking loan documentation before issuing to brokers.
  • Recording accurate settlement figures for disbursement.
  • Creating PPSR registrations for each loan contract.
  • Completing call confirmations with customers at settlement.
  • Issuing payment remittance to suppliers and brokers post-settlement.
  • Sending welcome packs to customers after settlement.
  • Communicating with financiers to remove PPSR securities on refinance matters.
