This role is not just about managing projects - it's about driving transformational uplift across people, processes, and technology. As an Agile Project Manager, you'll deliver key digital and business programs, embedding Agile practices, improving ways of working, and supporting change management to ensure lasting impact. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape roadmaps, lead teams through delivery cycles, and ensure business outcomes are realised. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead transformational programs, uplifting organisational Agile capability and ways of working.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Drive cultural and behavioural change through structured change management practices.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams in Agile principles.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects stay on track.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading large-scale transformational uplift initiatives.
  • Strong background in Agile project delivery, coaching, and scaling practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and embedding new ways of working.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid experience in budget/resource management and program governance.
  • Relevant certifications (Agile, PROSCI, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP) are highly regarded.
