Our client is a large recognized leader in the event/exhibit marketing and design industry. The company has been in operation for more than 25 years and has worked with Fortune 500 clients such as GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Rogers, Boehringer Ingelheim, RBC and many more.

They are growing at a rapid pace and are seeking to add a Graphic Arts Technician to their team

Responsibilities:
  • Create new set up instructions for new booths, stands, accessories, etc. using AUTO CAD
  • Creating graphic specs
  • Creating TAG CALLOUTS and renderings
  • Create overhead drawings, layouts, and electrical grids/specs
  • Consult directly with the Design Dept. &/or Production Team to establish and evaluate assignment requests and deliverables at initial briefing
  • Assist with measurements as required
  • Taking photos, measurements and features for new items and adding them to online inventory
  • Assist with data entry of new vendors, products, services etc.
  • Log orders into online inventory system
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • ProficiencyinAdobeCreativeSuite(Illustrator,Photoshop,InDesign),MicrosoftOffice(Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Docs, Auto Cad, 3D Max and Sketchup)
  • Knowledge of exhibit extrusion (Octanorm) would be advantageous
