Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI Productivity Trainer to deliver an executive training session titled 'Master AI Productivity at an Executive Level'. This is a contractor role. The trainer will facilitate a 4-hour masterclass focused on advanced prompt engineering, organisational tone alignment, and AI workflow integration, tailored to senior leaders using their organisation's chosen AI platform (Open AI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini).

Responsibilities And Duties

• Facilitate the 4-hour hands-on masterclass with a focus on practical engagement and minimal theoretical content.
• Deliver advanced modules on prompt engineering, tone mastery, and AI workflow design.
• Help participants analyse communications and create custom tone guides for the organisation.
• Lead practical simulations for high-stakes communication, decision support, and leadership content generation.
• Customise training delivery according to the organisation's selected AI platform.
• Support participants in creating their AI leadership playbooks and team enablement strategies.
• Provide expert real-time feedback and AI troubleshooting during the session.
• Issue certificates of completion for participants who meet engagement benchmarks.
  
  

Ideal candidate

• Gen AI Experience: Deep expertise with at least one major AI platform: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini.
• AI Experience: 10+ years of experience in leading and implementing AI transformation projects, including hands-on experience with Generative AI.
• Training experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience in executive training.
• Communication: Ability to distil complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences from technical teams to executives.
• Prompt engineering: Advanced prompt engineering and workflow automation using AI tools. Strong understanding of tone training, brand voice, and strategic communication.
• AI Governance: Familiarity with AI policy, governance, and responsible use guidelines.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI, data, and technology trends, with the ability to communicate complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven Success: Demonstrated success working with large enterprise clients and executive teams.

• Access to the client organisation's chosen AI platform (Open AI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini).
• Participant pre-submissions and workshop templates (Prompt Library, Tone Guide, AI Playbook).
• Workshop slide decks and facilitation materials.
• Optional post-session implementation tools and coaching templates.
  
  

Schedule & Commitment

• Pre-class briefing and review of participant submissions.
• Delivery of a 4-hour masterclass session (in-person).
• Optional post-session support or follow-up (as agreed).
  
  

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• Participant satisfaction scores above 85%.
• Delivery of completed organisational tone guides and AI playbooks.
• High engagement and participation during live session activities.
• Certificate issuance to all qualified participants.
