Yo-Chi is going through its largest expansion yet - with 18 new venues opened in 2024 and more on the horizon in 2025. We're growing fast and looking for Assistant Store Managers to help lead the way in Double Bay, Chippendale, Barangaroo and our brand new flagship venue on George Street.
What's the role?You'll be at the heart of the action—leading your team, keeping the vibes high, and making sure every customer walks out with a big smile.
Qualifications- Experience in hospitality or retail
- Track record in hitting KPIs; managing labour and COGs is a bonus
- People-focused and thrive on building great team culture
- Love a fast-paced environment with a good challenge
- Organised, driven and hungry to grow
- Lead your team and maintain a high-energy, customer-focused environment
- Ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience
- Collaborate with store leadership to support growth and brand standards
