Disability Support Worker (New South Wales) Lithgow - Christmas Casual positions

Why wait? Apply now. We are seeking Casual Disability Support Workers to assist customers during the upcoming Christmas period in Lithgow, NSW. Significant availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support across a range of customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance.
  • Assist customers to access and have positive connections with the community.
  • Support people in day-to-day living in 24/7 care settings (SIL/Group Homes) to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
Qualifications
  • Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability
  • Resilience, confidence and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills to develop positive relationships
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement
  • Ability to use computers and learn various software/programs
  • Smartphone and current Australian Driver's Licence
