Job detailsEducation: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Retail business. On-site customer service. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Establish work schedules. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
